Possible Budget Cuts for 25-26 school year!

Happy Tree Town School District Superintendent Ralph N. Brewer gave an update on the forecast of the 2025-26 budget shortfall. “ If the budget continues to decrease until this August we have no choice but to reduce staff and/or reduce sports” 

Why Small Classes?

District Info

Happy Tree Town Schools is located in Dee, Oak Grove Oregon. We are a small unincorporated town in north central section of the state and we are about a few miles from Hood River. Our schools houses all students from grades kindergarten through 12th grade. Our enrollment is just under 148.

District History & Accomplishments 

2011- District was created


2012- District Opens first school in Dee (k-8 grade)


2013- Secondary school Building opens (7-12 grade)

 

2014- Sports being offed


2015- District offers tutoring services 


2017-District now serves free meals to students


2018- District giving awards for good attendance


2019- District recessive local funds for 5th grade trip


2020- Provide services to students and families that needed help during online learning.  


2021- District Accepts International Students (19 Students from 6 countries)


2022- Primary School 1st Annual Water Park Trip (Wings & Waves Waterpark)


2023- Largest graduation class (29 students)


2024- Community Garden for residents of Dee


2025- Test Scores Rises up 26% (Math/Reading)
